Where is MTA Based?
MTA is proudly located on the Central Coast, NSW. As a 100% online-based store, we operate without a physical shopfront. This business model allows us to significantly reduce overhead costs, and we pass those savings directly on to you in the price of our teeth and wear parts.
What If I'm Not Satisfied with My MTA Order?
We are dedicated to providing products that meet or exceed your expectations. Before any order is packed and shipped, every single tooth is thoroughly inspected to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. Simply reach out to us with some high-quality photos and a description of the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How Quickly Will I Get My Order?
We dispatch orders daily through Auspost or a trusted courier service. All orders placed before 12 pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this time or outside of normal business hours will be shipped the following morning. If your order is urgent, we recommend selecting express postage at checkout, and we will prioritize getting it out to you as soon as possible.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No sorry, as they are heavy items freight becomes expensive
Do You Offer Discounts for Large Bulk Orders?
Yes, we do! If you're interested in purchasing a large quantity (250+ pieces), please contact us via email. Let us know exactly what you're looking for, and we will get back to you with our bulk rates.
Returns & Refund Policy
Shop with confidence thanks to our straightforward returns and refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
