Products & Fitment:
Mulching Teeth Australia supplies aftermarket forestry mulching teeth, knives, hardware, wear parts, and related products.
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility with their machine, attachment, and application before purchase and installation. Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly from the product supplied.
If you are unsure about product suitability, please contact us prior to ordering.
Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where pricing, stock levels, or product information contains an error.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Pricing:
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Shipping:
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Mulching Teeth Australia is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products that have been installed, fitted, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty:
Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, improper application, impact damage, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by operating conditions.
Warranty does not cover damage to machines, mulching heads, rotors, holders, bearings, driveline components, hydraulic systems, or any other equipment resulting from incorrect installation, improper maintenance, product wear, product failure, impact damage, or continued operation after damage is detected.
Product Use & Equipment Damage:
Forestry mulching is a high-wear application and the performance and service life of wear parts can vary significantly depending on machine setup, operating conditions, maintenance practices, material being processed, and installation procedures.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring all teeth, knives, hardware, and wear parts are correctly installed, inspected, maintained, and operated in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mulching Teeth Australia shall not be liable for any damage, downtime, loss of productivity, loss of income, vibration-related damage, rotor damage, bearing damage, housing damage, machine damage, attachment damage, or any consequential losses arising from the installation, use, misuse, failure, or loss of any product supplied by us.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mulching Teeth Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the product as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property:
All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product information, remains the property of Mulching Teeth Australia and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
